The Air Seychelles Cabin Crew Community has organized a fun day of games and activities for 70 children at the School of Exceptional Child to mark International Children’s Day. The kids were surprised earlier this morning when Air Seychelles cabin crew and pilots, all dressed in full uniforms, joined them at the school assembly at 8.30am to sing hymns.

Afterwards the children had a chance to take pictures with Air Seychelles crew, play games such as musical chairs, pass the parcel and musical statues, as well as have their faces painted and their make-up done in the style of Air Seychelles cabin crew.

The day came to a close with a cake cutting and a lively disco after which the children received gifts bags from the Air Seychelles.

Roy Kinnear, Chief Executive Officer of Air Seychelles, said: “We’re delighted that the children at the School of Exceptional Child had a fun day of games, music and entertainment with our pilots and cabin crew.

“As the national airline we are embedded in the social fabric of Seychelles and care deeply about giving back to the community in which we operate, especially by supporting important institutions such as the School of Exceptional Child.”

Air Seychelles has organised several activities to support the School of Exceptional Child during the course of the last year, including an educational tour of the airport and the airline’s aircraft hangar.
