Air Seychelles and STB renew marketing partnership for 2018
Air Seychelles and the Seychelles Tourism Board (STB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to extend their partnership into 2018.
The agreement will see the national carrier and tourism board work closely together through joint marketing initiatives, presentations at tourism events and workshops to promote inbound tourism to the archipelago.
Both entities will focus on building a strong regional marketing approach in order to effectively market the airline’s Indian Ocean network and domestic flight offering, including scheduled and charter interisland services, as well as scenic bird’s-eye flights over Mahé.
Remco Althuis, Chief Executive Officer of Air Seychelles, said: “As one of our closest partners, we are happy to join forces and continue our cooperation with STB into 2018. We share the same goal of putting Seychelles on the world map, which makes this a very natural partnership for both sides.”
Sherin Francis, Chief Executive Officer of STB, said: “We are looking forward to working with Air Seychelles over the coming year to continue building our market presence, especially in the region. This MoU has produced strong results over the past few years and we are confident it will once again make a positive impact.”
