Air Seychelles hosts children from the School of Exceptional
Air Seychelles welcomed a group of eleven children from the School of the Exceptional Child on a tour of the airport and its Twin Otter aircraft. The visit commenced at the Seychelles International Airport where the children, who were accompanied by six teachers, had a chance to experience and learn about the process of checking in for a domestic flight. Afterwards, the group boarded an 19-seat Twin Otter aircraft which drove the children across the apron to the aircraft maintenance hangar, where they met Air Seychelles pilots and engineers, heard exciting stories about their experience and took photographs to remember. Located in the Roche Caiman district, the School of the Exceptional Child provides special education to children who have intellectual and physical disabilities that require extra support.
