Qualifications and skills
- Post-secondary graduate with IGCSE/ O’Level passes in English and Mathematics
- Valid Load Control License
- At least 2 years satisfactory service as Guest Service Agent L3/4*
- Successful completion of the Passenger Handling and Load Control Course
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluent in spoken English and French
- Good computer literacy.
- Good mathematical acumen.
- Organized with ability to work competently under pressure.
- Proactive, determined and result-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work competently under pressure and unsupervised

Summary
- Correct and prompt completion of Charge Notes, cash collection and any other relevant documents.
- Attend to Ad-hoc flights requests during public holidays and outside office hours. Arrange for crew administration, accommodation and transport request for Ad-hoc flights.
- Ensure necessary load control documents are properly completed before each flight.
- Liaise with flight crew to provide load sheet and Notam to captain.
- Obtain clearance for ad-hoc movements outside office hours in conjunction with the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority.
- Monitor and ensure timely dispatch of all operational messages and take proper action when necessary.
- Ensure correct transmission of information required by aircrew including pick-up times
- Ensure that staff is aware of flight timings through correct completion and update of movement board.
- Provide statistics and other information whenever required by the Line Manager.
- Ensure sufficient stock of airline stationery and report shortages to the Line Manager.
