- Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience.
- Good understanding of databases and reporting tools. Understanding of SQL preferable.
- Highly numerate with excellent computer skills.
- Highly motivated to learn programming concepts, frameworks and application languages.
- Honest, confidential and trustworthy.
- Able to work under pressure and to short lead times.
- Strong analytical and technical skills. Ability to analyse data, research and develop high standard application
- software.
- Ability to plan, organize and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with institutional policies and procedures.
- Cooperative and able to work productively in a team.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.

Summary
- Empower decision making by gathering, analysing and validating the integrity of such data.
- Transform data to and from different formats for end user consumption.
- Perform research and analysis on a regular basis with an objective of improving productivity and minimize cost.
- Work with external and internal data sources, suppliers and other teams to incorporate relevant information into performance reports and dashboards.
- Produce analytical reports based upon data captured from various business areas that show recommendations and the production of monthly dashboards of key performance metrics for senior management review.
- Engage with all business areas to understand existing processes and propose automation where possible.
- Test and review existing systems and application and provide continuous improvements.
- Create system integration, reduce stand-alone systems and produce end-to-end data flow and process.
- Engage with system provides to ensure data security and integrity at the source.
- Ensure that once completed, applications and processes are documented for handover, including training to IT Support Team.
